An Auto Line Polish Machine for Marble and Granite is a high-throughput, industrial-grade machine used in stone processing factories to polish slabs of marble & granite. These machines are essential for achieving a mirror-like finish and consistent thickness across large volumes of stone slab. It’s a conveyor-based polishing system where stone slabs move in a line under a series of automated polishing heads, each equipped with abrasive pads or resin polishing tools. The heads adjust pressure and motion automatically based on the slab type and finish required.

  • Polish Marble & Granite Tile/Slab to achieve high gloss mirror-like finish.
  • The body of machine is made in welding steel. The polishing head up and down movement group is made in cast iron giving unrivalled long life, precision, corrosion resistance and acoustic benefits.
  • Polishing heads are driven by separate air cylinder.
  • The machine controlled by PLC system with Human Machine interface makes machine easy to be operated.
  • Sensor checks the shape of the slabs automatically and send signal to the PLC to control the movement of bridge and polishing heads.
  • The machine has the electric fault diagnosis system and the system for abrasives lacking.
