A Stone Waxing Machine is an industrial machine used to apply a protective and aesthetic wax coating on marble, granite, and other stone slabs or tiles. It’s usually one of the final steps in a stone processing line, after calibration and polishing, to enhance surface shine, color depth, and water resistance.

It applies liquid wax, resin, or protective coating onto the surface of the stone slab or tile, then heats and buffs it to:

  • Enhance gloss and color richness
  • Protect from moisture, stains, and oxidation
  • Seal micro-pores in the stone surface
  • Wax Application System dispenses wax or resin uniformly across the stone surface.
  • Rollers or Brushes spread the wax over the surface evenly.
  • Buffing Pads/Wheels Polish the waxed surface to a high gloss.
  • Conveyor System Moves slabs or tiles through the machine
